Our team will schedule a phone call or video conference to discuss your desired scope of work, design goals, personal style, timeline, and budget.
Lead designer will meet clients on site to start building a relationship, getting to know how the homeowner uses the space and taking any measurements and photographs as needed. This would be the time to provide floor plans and inspiration photos the client may have. A meeting with the general contractor may also be recommended at this time.
Our team will start working on design boards and renderings. Once we have preliminary designs drawn out we will schedule a presentation meeting to review. This can either be done in person or virtual.
Once design boards are approved our team will review purchase orders with homeowners and place orders accordingly. All received furnishings and accessories will personally be labeled and stored in our climate controlled warehouse until install day. The homeowner will be notified if any delays arise so we can make necessary adjustments.
Our design team will make regular site visits during construction and oversee the installation of any and all furnishings and accessories. Depending on the size of the home install typically is a 3-5 day process. Please note we do not schedule install until certificate of occupancy has been issued and all sub contractors have completed their work.
Final walk through with homeowners. House is ready for move in.
